Associate Producer – Madden Live Services

EA Sports is in search of an Associate Producer to join the Madden Live Services team in our desire to push innovation and quality to the next level. Producers at EA are the creative visionaries for the product.

As an Associate Producer on the Madden Live Services team, you work with the Live Services Producer to define a vision that inspires forward business goals. You are a product owner who oversees the product and services under your stewardship from start to finish. You inspire your team and ensure your team works creatively while keeping an eye on the end zone.

As part of the Live Services management structure, you are involved in development from concept to completion. You work with tech and project leads to build roadmaps. You motivate your team to build the vision and recognize that releasing it to players is only the beginning of the journey. Once the product launches, you monitor it and are an escalation path for on-call incident response and assessment.

Who You Are:

• 3+ years experience in the video game industry building IP on AAA franchises.
• Familiar with the complexities of working in live services.
• Experience motivating teams to success.
• Readiness to join an on-call manager rotation.
• Experience in an Agile development environment.
• Passion for gaming and building games.
