The Create Capture team is made up of industry-leading experts responsible for motion and performance capture, 3D body and facial scanning, data processing and virtual cinematography tools.

Responsibilities:

While maintaining EA's core values, and development team needs, The Capture Resource Scheduler performs resource planning for Mocap, PCAP, Body Scanning, Head Scanning, DCAM & research, and development services. Using custom built tool sets, and off the shelf software to perform these tasks, you will provide guidance on how to improve this workflow, and toolsets, and help oversee the current and future states of a complex set of scheduled assets, locations and crew.

You achieve your tasks, while managing multiple projects at once. Partnering with the Producer, and managers of the Production Office, Acquisition and Post teams.

You will use Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Shotgun to perform the tasks and EA custom tools. You will experience an onboarding period to ensure you can perform these tasks and use our custom tools.

Qualifications:

  • Workflow change management
  • Post-production pipeline(s) and how they relate to a delivery schedule
  • Patience with constant schedule changes and client requests
  • Ability to predict schedule changes based on client requests
  • Comfortable making smart, quick decisions based on limited information
  • Willingness to ask clarifying questions
  • Present schedule and crew plans to crew members and senior productions staff
  • Shotgun, comfortable creating custom pages for all entity types
  • Data management, importing and exporting data from Shotgun
