Responsibilities:

  • creation and management of an implementation project plan, that resides within the master project plan, to ensure implementation tasks stay on track
  • identification of teams that need to participate in a specific implementation effort
  • creation and management of required tasks and teams that have responsibilities in the implementation of an effort 
  • identify and escalate to product line when teams are not meeting commitments for delivery
  • reporting implementation plan and status to project planning lead
  • executing the operational readiness plan
  • executing and follows-up on product line retrospectives
  • supporting initiatives associated with a larger overall product line within workstreams
  • managing weekly stakeholders call and tasks under the assigned (individual) product line 
  • managing issues and risks related to the operational readiness
  • helping to close the gap between the current operating model and the future operating model
  • requesting resources from the Resource Manager or working with the Resource Manager in allocating the resources needed to complete the work
  • working closely with the Release Manager and Sr. Project Managers

Qualifications:

  • 2 years as a project manager or 4 years as a project coordinator
  • bachelor’s degree or Six Sigma qualification
  • working with multiple teams in a matrix environment
  • Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • experience with JIRA, Confluence, Google/G-drive, and project management (PPM) software such as Planview
  • experience with risk and issue tracking management
  • excellent project management skills with the ability to balance multiple concurrent projects
  • track record of planning and delivering cost effective results
  • demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment
  • flexibility and adaptability to changing business models and organization structures
  • be a confident communicator with excellent presentation, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
  • professionalism in dealing with all levels of management and staff
  • self-motivated, highly organized, and detail oriented
  • gaming industry and customer support experience is a plus
