We are looking for an EA SPORTS Marketing and Communications Manager to join the team on a 12-month contract and represent EA in the local market and cover the Greater South-Eastern Asia (GSEA) region. You will maximize all high-value partners and champion local campaign activation. You will report to the Head of Marketing for the Asia-Pacific region.

Responsibilities:

  • You will promote local marketing activation for the assigned franchises
  • Maintain business relationships with all priority local partners – media, clubs, 1st Party, and brands
  • Plan and execute against local earned media campaign beats, whilst managing all budgetary reconciliation and updates
  • Create local content commissioned within the local marketing strategy
  • Provide feedback and assistance on key campaign elements (including media campaign)
  • Manage local agencies and execution partners
  • Maintain a close partnership with the Country Engagement Manager for regional comms and community management

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Geographic region, with the ability to detail key markets and consumer groups within those markets
  • Knowledge of key cultural celebrations and holiday periods, including key relevant market events that are unique to the market (Sporting events, Historic personality celebrations, Gaming events)
  • An understanding of key market partners in the region (Publishing partners, Distribution, retail, 1st Party, Agency)
  • Firm grasp of market socio-economic factors such as demographics and market infrastructure indicators (Payments, Internet penetration) which impact our players in the region
  • Experience in managing agencies and production partners
  • Experience working with remote cross-functional teams
  • Passion for Sports/Football, video games, and the entertainment industry!
