We are looking for a Territory Commercial, Strategy & Planning (CSP) Manager to join the team! You will manage the commercial success of multiple EA franchises across Asia. You will partner with the Commercial and Franchise leads representing Asia across multiple teams within EA at all levels to ensure Asia commercial programs are supported. You will also represent EA Franchises at a local level with our essential partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion the AsiaCo regional strategy within the CSP process to maximise efficiency
  • Manage feedback loops and communication between CSP, Atomic teams and AsiaCo partners
  • Share local franchise plans for key beats with CSP Franchise leads
  • Manage AsiaCo Franchise Review Meeting (FRM)
  • Asia pricing / promotional / platform discussions with the CSP team
  • Ensure AsiaCo inclusion into all long-range franchise, platform & subscription planning (including edition planning)
  • Implement the Global Player Experience framework by Franchise

Within Global CSP:

  • Promote local commercial execution of global franchise strategy, including Special Editions, commercial lifecycle, partner exclusives, forced commercial variations (test & learn), reactive plans
  • Lead territory input into global commercial plan including competition insights and market opportunities and risks
  • Be the voice of the Franchise locally in Retailer meetings or equivalent
  • Provide markets/commercial lens on the 3-year Franchise strategy
  • Work closely with the Regional Commercial Leaders to help build the territory – part of the 3-year strategy

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (Asian language capabilities will be highly regarded)
  • 5 years commercial experience operating within the Asia region
  • Intensive usage of collaborative systems and tools
  • Passion for entertainment, technologies, and video games environment*
