Position Title: Quality Designer I

External Description:

[담당 업무]

•자동화가 가능한 테스트 시나리오를 발굴, 자동화 스크립트 개발을 통해 QA업무의 효율성 개선하고, 테스트 커버리지 확장.
•팀원들과 협업을 통해 QA업무 개선 영역을 도출, 기술적인 해결방법(테스트 자동화, 새로운 tool개발/적용, work process개선 등등)을 제시.
•QA팀에 필요한 새로운 tool, 개발요구사항 등에 대한 기술문서 작성 지원.
•개발팀/QE팀과 함께 새롭게 개발된 Tool/자동화 solution 등을 팀에 소개/배포하고 사용성 개선 및 debug를 위한 기술적 지원.
•게임 개발 및 QA업무에 “테스트 자동화”에 대한 사용성/신뢰도/영향력을 확대하고, 새로운 자동화 요구사항을 취합/개발하여 업무에 반영.
•기존의 자동화 Tool, Technical Solution등에 대한 QA업무 효율성을 측정, 분석하여 개선방향을 도출.
•팀내, 전사적인 업무,기술 공유 세션에 참여하여 현재 개발/사용중인 tools/자동화/테스트 프로세스에 대하여 공유.
•QA팀의 업무/기술 전략수립에 적극적으로 참여하여 의견 제시

 

[자격 요건]

• IT/게임업계에서 1년 이상의 Software개발, 테스트자동화, QA 관련 경험이 있으신 분
• 전산, 컴퓨터공학 전공자 or 기타 이에 상응하는 coding 업무 능력을 갖추신 분.
• Python, Powershell 등을 활용한 스크립팅 활용 업무 경력을 가지신 분. (C#, C++ 을 활용한 업무 경력있으면 우대)
• 스프트웨어 개발 life cycle 및 QA 프로세스에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 개발/QA업무에 기술적인 업무 적용/방법에 관심이 관심이 많으신 분.
• JIRA, Hansoft등의 개발/관리 도구 및 Git, Perforce등 소프트웨어 형상관리 도구 사용에 익숙하신분.
• 기술문서/요구사항 문서 작성, 관련 팀과의 협업/소통을 통한 업무 진행능력을 갖추신 분.
• 게임을 좋아하고 다양한 게임에 대한 플레이 경험이 있으신분 우대.

• 테스트 자동화 framework에 대한 경험이 있으신 분.
• 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력
