We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who will oversee LiveOps for one of our unannounced mobile games. Reporting to the Head of Product Management, you will manage in-game events and offers as well as own the responsibility for the performance of the game. 

 

What you will do...

  • Define our LiveOps strategy and the calendar of events, offers, and promotions 
  • Oversee the successful execution of the LiveOps strategy, managing a team of Product Managers and LiveOps Managers 
  • Set measurable goals for in-game features and operate them accordingly, improving their performance over time through tuning optimizations, A/B testing, and segmentation 
  • Define, prioritize, and execute action plans to grow engagement and the game’s performance
  • Design and monitor the game economy, identify positive/negative trends and execute appropriate actions
  • Report against the performance of the game and its features to internal stakeholders  
  • Work with analysts to investigate player behavior to drive actionable insights
  • Identify key player needs and define new features to improve players’ experience

Ideally, you will have...

  • 5+ years’ experience in product management in mobile games
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results
  • Strong analytical skills: problem solving, hypothesis generation, conducting analyses, etc. 
  • Experience in managing a team of Product Managers and collaborating across disciplines 
  • Strong intuition of what “feels good” for players 
  • A motivated, proactive, and self-starter mindset
  • Some SQL scripting experience 

Good to have...

  • Experience working for a top-ranked management consulting firm
  • MBA or equivalent experience
