The Role

At EA, Producers are the creative visionaries of the product. They are the individuals who build and motivate teams to accomplish their goals of shipping AAA quality titles on time and on budget.

The producer in FIFA reports to a more senior member of the Production team, or, directly to the Line Producer and works closely with the development teams to help create the next great chapter in our FIFA journey.

What you will do as a Producer in FIFA:

• Direct the daily development through production and the launch of the game and live service
• Work with the Line Producer and design team to set the direction for the upcoming features and set quality targets
• Manage and mitigate project risks over the course of development
• Work with production, art, design, and engineering leads to promote quality
• Work with the development directors to manage the project schedule, milestones and sprint deliverables
• Work with art, engineering, QA and design teams to ensure the quality and timeliness of all deliverables
• Partner and develop relationships with central service teams including publishing, marketing, finance, legal, consumer insights, and product analytics
• Drive, creates and refines the game experience at multiple feature level to achieve and exceed the desired quality standard

• You are an experienced producer with 5+ years of experience in a game production role
• You are a master of influence and an accomplished mediator
• You understand what is working, what is of concern, and what needs to be improved
• Fluent in English, be it spoken or written
• Be passionate about FIFA. This is definitely an asset, but not a requirement. Let’s get in the game together!
