The Tools and Technology Team within Fusion is looking for accomplished people to help us fulfill our mission of providing creative tools and workflows that allow EA to lead the industry in content quality. The Challenge Ahead: 

As a Senior Product Manager working within our Interoperability Pillar, you will work closely with technical partners and teams across EA globally. You will work with stakeholders and users to identify their needs, translate those needs into long-term visions and roadmaps, and to support the production of the resulting products. You will report to a team Development Director. 


Day to day, you will…

  • Shape, promote, and implement the long-term vision for your products
  • Work with Product Tech Leads to steer ongoing development efforts and understand potential areas of further product development.  
  • Manage a wide group of stakeholders across EA, focusing on building relationships, understanding their needs, identifying overlaps, and promoting engagement and alignment on essential features. 
  • Translate partner needs into strategic product roadmaps and create well-defined technical requirements to feed into the technical development plan. 
  • Surface and provide data insights to drive metrics, measure success, inform decision-making, and uncover new opportunities. 
  • Ensure the vision, strategy, and roadmaps for all your products are documented and communicated to the development team, stakeholders, and leadership groups. 
  • Produce, conduct, and oversee product demos, training, documentation, onboarding, and reporting to a broad set of customers, from artists to senior leaders. 
  • Work closely with the development team to align on product objectives and solutions. 

You are/you have…

  • 5+ years' experience in product management. 
  • You have experience and passion for delivering customer-focused software products
  • You understand the software development lifecycle and are familiar with Agile development processes. 
  • Familiarity with software development practices (i.e. Perforce, build systems, backend communication protocols, and workflow automation).

Bonus if you have…

  • Experience working with artists and content creators across multiple domains. 
  • Hands on development experience as a technical artist or software developer.


BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $115,100 - $161,200 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
