Scopely is looking for an Assistant Product Marketing Manager to join our Monopoly Go! team in Culver City on an hybrid basis working 3 days a week from the hub.

Monopoly GO! is our new casual game and a key franchise that has just become Scopely’s largest game, enjoyed by millions of players. The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.

What You Will Do

  • In this role, you will partner with a number of teams to support the promotion of new in-game content and features, as well as own lanes of advertising.
  • Assist in the development and execution of player- and new user-facing promotions, especially those in the app stores
  • Help identify and analyze key performance metrics to help drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Growth, Product, and Creative teams to develop creative and impactful marketing campaigns across a variety of channels
  • Help develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners
  • Perform market research and competitive analysis
  • Assist with the development and management of localized marketing initiatives to support our game in international markets.
  • Contribute to the development of new marketing initiatives and strategies that will drive growth and increase engagement among our player base.


What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in consumer marketing, preferably in the mobile gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of mobile gaming industry trends, best practices, and user acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gamers and how they interact with mobile games.
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Passion for creative testing as well as strong creative instincts
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and measurement tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.


For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $60,000 - $75,000 plus equity, bonus and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
