Scopely is looking for a Content Designer to join our Bingo Bash team in Bangalore on a hybrid basis!

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate Closely with the Live Ops Team: Ensure that all events, levers, and rooms scheduled in the game calendar are contextually aligned and make sense, enhancing player engagement and game continuity
• Serve as the Narrative Gatekeeper: Vet all game features for narrative consistency. You'll ensure the storyline of each room and feature adheres to and enriches the overall narrative arc of the game, maintaining a cohesive and engaging player experience
• Contribute to Creative Brainstorming: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions with other designers to conceive and develop themes for game features, driving innovation and keeping the content fresh and engaging
• Lead Content Strategy: Take ownership of the content strategy for feature-based content such as albums, season passes, and rooms. You'll be responsible for ensuring that content is compelling, strategically integrated, and aligns with both player expectations and business goals
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of combined experience in content-focused roles—including 1+ years as a Product, Marketing and Brand focused content strategist, content designer or UX writer
• Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator
• Curiosity and commitment to testing new ideas and innovating to drive business results
• Experience hiring, leading and mentoring content design or UX writing team
• Deep knowledge of UX design principles and methods
• Experience developing design systems and/or style guides
• Comfortable rolling up sleeves and working without formal requirement documents or top-down decisions
• Communication and collaboration strategies with cross-functional partners
