Job Description

12 months apprenticeship, from October 2024

Within the headquarter of Ubisoft production based in Paris, Online Services department designs, builds, and manages online solutions connecting our games with our community of players, across all platforms, to power memorable live experiences. Amongst Online Services, the Transversal Project team aims to support the entire department on its transversal topics through coordination & project management, and to develop relations with internal partners. 

As a Project Manager Assistant within the Transversal Project team, your will: 

  • Assist project managers in the initiation and execution of transversal projects for Online Services (project framing, project governance, risk management, reporting to sponsors, financial & KPI follow-up); 

  • Coordinate projects between Online Services domains and/or with other departments’ stakeholders (IT, Purchasing, Finance, Legal, etc.); 

  • Enrich internal communication and documentation of our team through collaborative tools, newsletters, and other relevant channels, to ensure the team action visibility and accelerate adhesion within Online Services; 

  • Contribute to other dedicated needs of Online Services domains such as process definition and deployment, dashboard designs, financial optimisation, etc.; 

Under the responsibility of a project manager, you will gradually improve your skills on these different missions and gain autonomy, until you follow your own projects from initiation to closure. 

The Transversal Project team being very versatile, new missions might arise during your apprenticeship within the team. 

Qualifications

  • You are a student from a major around Management, Project Management, Strategy & Organization,  or equivalent; 

  • You are dynamic, enthusiastic, rigorous and have excellent social skills; 

  • Office suite has no secrets for you (especially Power Point & Excel) and you know how to express your creativity through the creation of impactful and ergonomic visuals. 

  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills, and are comfortable working in both French and English;
