Scopely is looking for a Technical Product Manager, Game Integrity to join our Monopoly GO! team in one of our global studio hubs or remotely.

Monopoly GO! is our new casual game and a key franchise that has just become Scopely’s largest game, enjoyed by millions of players. The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.

What You Will Do:

You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring fair play and a secure gaming environment for our Monopoly GO! community. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and a keen eye for detail in order to build and implement features that maintain the integrity of the game. Working alongside a dedicated cross-functional team, you will be instrumental in crafting solutions that protect and enhance the player experience, using data-driven insights to maintain the highest standards of game fairness and security.

  • Own the development and implementation of features, focusing on safeguarding against cheating, hacking, and other vulnerabilities
  • Synthesize player feedback, security reports, and cross functional requirements into actionable plans that improve player trust
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, engineers, and producers to develop and refine security features and fairness mechanisms, ensuring they integrate seamlessly into the game experience
  • Lead and optimize an AB test pipeline dedicated to integrity initiatives, analyzing their impact on player behavior and game security
  • Drive the creation and maintenance of internal tools that support proactive efforts, enhancing the live ops capability and team efficiency
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in game security and fairness, integrating innovative solutions to keep Monopoly GO! a top of line experience for our players


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a software development environment, with a strong preference for backgrounds in game development or cybersecurity
  • A passion for F2P mobile games and a dedication to building a secure & fair play environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate sophisticated technical issues and solutions clearly to a variety of partners
  • Exemplified project management skills, with an ability to anticipate and mitigate risks, assess trade-offs, and deliver high-quality features on time
  • A strong design sensibility, capable of understanding how game features impact player experience and behavior
  • A balanced approach to data and intuition, able to translate game challenges into analytics questions, develop hypotheses, and interpret data in a significant way
  • Leadership skills that encourage team members to prioritize and deliver outstanding work


Bonus Points

  • Prior experience working on a live F2P game in a product management, game design, or cybersecurity role
  • Advanced degree, or equivalent experience, such as a Master’s Degree or MBA


For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $145,000-$220,000 plus equity, bonus and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
