EA is looking for an HR professional to join our People Partnerships team. You will report to the Senior Manager, People Partnerships, and will support Respawn and Lifestyle teams in Canada. Our team has a hybrid work model, and you will have the flexibility to work from home and from our amazing Burnaby campus.

The Challenge Ahead: Our People Partners are passionate about delivering simple and awesome people experiences while delivering programs and support in meaningful and efficient ways.

What the People Partnerships Manager does at EA:

You'll connect with employees and coach people managers on day-to-day people-related challenges. You'll support team effectiveness and engagement projects while being a cultural manager for EA. You'll collaborate, manage projects, lead with data, facilitate talent, reward discussions, and communicate change.

 

Our People Partnerships Manager at EA also needs to have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field combined with at least 7+ year's progressive experience as an HR business partner or HR manager.
  • Experience using data and data-driven insights to support the business
  • Extensive experience of coaching and advising business leaders and employees in matters related to engagement, retention, performance management and development
  • Experience employing solutions that enhance performance
  • Subject matter expertise, with demonstrated experience in leadership coaching, leadership development, and overall talent management
  • Change management skills
  • Project leadership and cyclical program delivery experience (e.g. – annual performance review, engagement programs, talent planning)
  • People Relations experience
  • Experience with local employment law and the ability to gain a high-level understanding of regional employment customs and practices
  • A passion for creating healthy organizations, driving transformation, and helping culture be a competitive advantage.

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS*

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $107,600 - $147,100 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
