Scopely is looking for a CRM Campaign Manager to serve on and elevate our new casual game, Monopoly GO! team in the US (East Coast) on a remote basis.

The Monopoly GO! team is one of our key franchises and has just become one of Scopely’s largest games. The teams sit globally, with the bulk of their members located throughout Spain and the US.
What You Will Do
As a CRM Manager you will be pivotal in elevating user expDesign, creating and analyzing a series of A/B tests, and providing the team with constant learning points such as driving improvements of our tools, features and models to accelerate the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and oversee live campaigns and cycles, promptly reacting to any issues for rapid resolution.

What You Will Do
As a CRM Manager you will be pivotal in elevating user expDesign, creating and analyzing a series of A/B tests, and providing the team with constant learning points such as driving improvements of our tools, features and models to accelerate the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and oversee live campaigns and cycles, promptly reacting to any issues for rapid resolution.
- Execute CRM campaigns, leveraging full capabilities of in-house tools and feel comfortable working with new external platforms. .
- Manage different communication channels (in-app messages, push notifications, emails, chat bots) applying effective segmentation logic for maximum impact.
- Track, improve and optimize player engagement with different communication channels.
- Build user cycle flows to impact KPIs and improve player experience based on behavioural in-game data.
- Collaboration is at the heart of your role, as you liaise closely with different teams spanning our studio and Scopely ecosystem, including Art, QA, Data Science, Engineering and Economy. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of independence and ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects.
- A few years of experience managing campaigns that impact use behavior (monetization, engagement, retention, reactivation).
- A strong analytical skills - you love numbers, can spot patterns and draw conclusions from complex data sets
- Comfortable with creating reports and running presentations that are clear, concise and focus on ‘so what?’
- Customer-focused and passionate about delivering the best customer experience
- Proactive and have the ability to work independently driving your projects forward
- An interest and/or passion for games is a strong plus!erience through targeted CRM campaigns. In this role, you will optimize the effectiveness of available communication channels, explore new possibilities of talking to our players, create enticing messages and design effective user lifecycles.
