Business Analyst

Job Overview

Wargaming is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to become a part of our HR Technology team. This is a great chance to work on the development of custom HR systems.

Reports to

Head of HR Technology

What will you do?

• Work with Product Owners to establish a requirements baseline for the tool;
• Manage functional requirements for the tool;
• Maintain backlog and assist Product Owner to define features for the upcoming releases;
• Facilitate requirements design and improvement sessions with Product Owner, SMEs, UI/UX design teams;
• Collaborate with the Development team through all iterations of tool development;
• Assist the QA team with the development of test cases, perform acceptance testing of the tool features;
• Establish and share best practices of Business Analysis across the team, and coach other team members.

What are we looking for?

• Certified BA with 5+ years of practical experience.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experience with corporate applications development.
• Experience with HR-related processes.

The salary range for this role in Vilnius is EUR 3000-3700 monthly gross.
