Scopely is looking for a VP, General Manager for the Tiki Solitaire TriPeaks team to work remotely with a US and LATAM based team!

What You Will Do

The General Manager will be responsible for owning and driving the product strategy and business outcomes for one of Scopely’s live game titles. You will be expected to own end-to-end of the product as a business for Scopely through working with talented external studios and driving an internal cross-functional team to success.

  • Own the P&L and growth for the games under your responsibility.
  • Drive the product strategy and roadmap through deep insights about the target audience, competitive landscape, and strength/weaknesses of the team and product.
  • Have a strong point of view on live game operations, monetization strategies, and roadmap investment and work with our partners to maximize those elements
  • Present regularly to the Scopely exec on progress and plans for the TriPeaks game.
  • Be the business champion in clearly managing expectations to the Scopely executive team and create excitement and support for your projects.
  • Deliver transformational impact in revenue and profit for Scopely through vision, leadership, collaboration, and influence through the projects you are responsible for.


What We’re Looking For

  • Have a strong mix of product, business, and strategy experience or acumen in the free-to-play space.
  • Experience managing significant size P&L’s with success.
  • Proven track record of internally influencing C-level executives on business case and product vision.
  • Strong record overseeing live games particularly in the casual space.
  • Ability to influence across disciplines and job functions through high IQ/EQ.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, the ability to project manage and work effectively under deadlines and in complex business environments.
  • Available to travel to visit external studios to create success on a regular basis.
  • Strong problem solver who has an entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of urgency and is not afraid to roll your sleeves up.
  • Experience running large teams and working with different geographical regions.
  • A team and player first mentality. Healthy happy teams, make healthy and happy games.
  • Advocate for team autonomy and ownership over their disciplines and roadmaps. Lead through clear mission and vision, emphasizing high responsibility and accountability.


For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $215,000 - $340,000, plus equity, bonus and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
