To this end, we are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator | MY who can join our team and help pave the way towards our new goals.
- Coordinate between various teams internally as well as internationally. You are the glue that keeps the team together.
- Ensure open and fluid flow of communications at all times.
- Assist and support the team in day-to-day activities, anything from taking notes and purchasing to making sure the right priorities are being worked and reporting team progress.
- Help the team assess, plan and schedule tasks that are realistic and feasible.
- Observe and help to identify gaps in process and training, and report upwards.
- Acquire and provide data to the various stakeholder around planning, scheduling and blockers.
- Organize and participate in all team events, build relationships with the team and other stakeholders.

- Applications accepted from all walks of life, from new graduates to people wanting a change in career but must have a strong interest in video games.
- Must have a strong desire and capacity for learning and development, as well as the humility to be open to new perspectives.
- Kind and mature personality, able to communicate on all levels of seniority.
- Creative and pragmatic with the willingness to be part of the solution at all times.
- Official language is English, fluency in any additional languages is a huge plus.
Bonus points:
- Proficiency in MS Office apps as well as other production tools like JIRA, Hansoft and the like are appreciated.
- Knowledge or experience in SCRUM and/or other project management methodologies.
- Googling. Ability to leverage on existing tools to find and analyse information efficiently.
- Possess one or both of the following superpowers: - Sense of Humor & Common Sense.
