Are you ready to shape the future of Larian Studios' teams in Malaysia? Join us as a Recruiter and be part of our journey in creating exceptional RPGs and story-driven games. We're seeking a passionate Recruiter to initially help us build our programming and technical teams from the ground up in Malaysia.
Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies to expand Larian's Programming and Game Development teams in Malaysia.
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods (Boolean, Xray searching) and platforms (LinkedIn, Mobygames, Stackoverflow etc) to identify potential candidates.
- Screen and interview both passive and active candidates.
- Maintain a candidate database using our ATS, Lever.
- Initiate outreach messages and execute talent engagement campaigns.
- Network at local and remote events to connect with potential prospects.
- Serve as a talent advisor and collaborate closely with hiring managers.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Continuously enhance your domain knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Sourcing, with a focus on technical or programming roles.
- Proficiency in utilizing multiple sourcing methods.
- Genuine passion for computer games or game development.
- Proven experience partnering with hiring managers.
- Ability to positively represent Larian and our teams to potential candidates.
- Familiarity with recruitment and sourcing technologies, including ATS's and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Prior experience as a Recruiter or Talent Sourcer in the games, technology, IT, or software industry.
- Fluent English and strong communication skills
