To this end, we are seeking an experienced Game Producer who can join our team and help pave the way towards our new goals.
About The Position
Reporting to: Game Development Director
We are seeking a passionate Game Producer with strong communication and project management skills, and preferably with a technical background.
You'll play a key role in the planning and delivery of technical features for video games, coordinate with our development team and partner studios, and drive some of the most exciting AAA titles in the video game industry.
Sense of direction and follow-up skills are a must, as well as the ability to anticipate production issues and find effective solutions. If you enjoy seeing a project from inception to completion and want to work on high quality content on the latest platforms, this is the right opportunity for you.
- Engage with department leads and the development team to define project requirements, resource needs, and establish task schedules.
- Set project goals and its milestones with a good understanding about the project scope and constraints.
- Coordinate team activities to ensure that project tasks are prioritized and completed according to established roadmaps.
- Assisting Directors and/or leads with planning and tracking (Team needs and project objectives)
- Collaborating with development teams to remove blockers during production.
- Generate reports and documents needed to keep visibility on key aspects of the project.
- Ensure timely delivery of assets and milestones and participate in review meetings.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management role on the development of a video game, ideally with PC and Console.
- A solid understanding of production management methodologies including (Waterfall, Agile).
- Good knowledge of tools and technologies involved in production of video games.
- Ability to communicate effectively and frequently with developers, artists and key stakeholders within the company or partners teams.
- Knowledge of software development processes, project management, and risk mitigation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, utilizing both oral and written communication.
- Proactive and positive attitude with the willingness to support the team and project.
- Strong leadership skills, able to drive various functions through the whole development process.
- Experience with internal and external stakeholder management.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills to deliver quality projects within tight deadlines.
- Passion for video games and the industry.
- Fluent English language skills.
Advantageous Skills
- Solid understanding of PC & console games.
- Understanding of game engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine.
