To this end, we are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Lead  who can join our team and help pave the way towards our new goals.


Responsibilities

·      Provide functional and thought leadership on all elements of rewards strategy and performance management execution to key stakeholders

·         Offer in-depth expertise in the global Compensation and Benefits marketplace including annual salary reviews, bonus exercises, market benchmarking, incentive scheme reviews, staff cost analysis, integration, and job levelling.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compensation analyses, including the forecast and reporting using HRIS/BI systems to enhance productivity.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams on staffing forecasts and human capital planning, providing C&B insights to support decision-making.

·         Contribute to the review of C&B policies and establish administrative procedures for local and global adoption.

·         Cultivate and manage vendor relationships to deliver competitive and cost-effective benefit and compensation plans, continuously improving the quality of vendors.

·         Customize and optimize functions within the existing HRIS system to meet local business needs and ensure cross-corporate system requirements are integrated.

·          Lead C&B conversations that will contribute to the successful integration of new studios.

·         Undertake additional tasks assigned by the line manager, particularly those related to Compensation and Benefits


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above with a major in Business Administration or Human Resource Management is preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise with 8 years or more in Compensation and Benefits roles within multinational companies.
  • Strong understanding in global compensation and benefits across multiple countries and regions
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high degree of accuracy
  • Experience in integration of compensation and benefit programs
  • Experience in the HR consulting field would be an advantage
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and equipped with strong leadership and communication skills.
