Producer

Job Overview

Wargaming is looking a for a Producer who will become the key person for the new mobile product. This person will start the game from the scratch, gather the team in Berlin and will go through all the stages from ideation to release. A strong development focused background & mobile games industry knowledge would be necessary to take on this role.

What will you do?

• Work closely with the Franchise leadership team, regional functions and global points of contact to ensure the development & self-publishing success.
• Arrange both development & publishing teams, their structures & processes, managing on-site and virtual collaboration.
• Plan & execute all the stages starting from the vision, ending with LiveOps cycle after the release.
• Conduct KPI & in-game data analysis to develop understanding of status of the game to provide the insight to relevant teams.
• Document various processes and rules.
• Cross functionally work closely with WOWS Franchise Marketing, BD, Community, Customer Service, Content both regionally and globally to drive business objectives successfully.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in gaming or live products and services.
• Strong Development background.
• Previous knowledge of our games or F2P games in general
