Senior Community Specialist

Location - EA Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

  • Improve the game's presence on social media channels by publishing thoughtful campaigns and sharing creative online content
  • Partner with EA global teams to create assets that resonate with players
  • Develop relationships with gamers and important community leaders
  • Grow the network of content creators and influencers for the game
  • Monitor community sentiment to provide relevant feedback to game studios
  • Grow our player base using creative App Store Optimization strategies
  • You will work in a Co-Dev environment, reporting to the project partners and the Community/Marketing lead

Requirements

  • You have experience with the video games industry, and for mobile games in particular.
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing/community building on client side or top digital/advertising agencies.
  • Creative and editorial skills
  • Pop-culture awareness of global trends in popular media.
  • Experience with social analytics across channels.
  • Experience growing social communities and developing content on social platforms.
  • Working knowledge of social media tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or an equivalent.
