External Description:

Casual Mobile Studios - Associate Coordinator

EA Mobile Casual Studios is looking for a Coordinator to support our game development studios. As an Associate Coordinator, you'll support studios across the globe and partner with local & remote co-workers and vendors to ensure we are operating smoothly. This role will be hybrid, working from home and working on-site in our Tracktwenty, Helsinki, Finland office.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support that aligns with the Casual Studios goals
  • Asset purchasing (office supplies, swag, misc. peripherals)
  • Managing partnerships with vendors; handling vendor setups, agreements and general communication 
  • Processing and filing invoices
  • Provide initial expense tool training and general assistance with expense report queries
  • Advocate company procedures and attend any information and training sessions related to new studio processes to support best practices
  • Organize onsite and offsite meetings, conferences, catering and special event logistics
  • Coordinate gifts for life events such as baby gift baskets, bereavement flowers, retirement gifts
  • Organize team culture projects such as team building events, giveaways and surveys in collaboration with People Practices & studio leadership.
  • Maintain administrative files (payroll reporting, contract payments, conferences)
  • Other administrative responsibilities tasks for the local Tracktwenty studio

Qualifications:

  • You have 2+ years of administrative experience in an environment where creative, business and technical professionals succeed
  • You are an experienced MS Office and/or Google Docs user with advanced knowledge creating and manipulating spreadsheets, complex formatting, and creating forms
  • You have a desire to take ownership, be responsible and find solutions
  • Displays effective time management and organizational skills
  • You can demonstrate excellent customer service
