For a new ambitious Multiplayer project under development within our company, and within the Project team, you will be in charge of artistically defining the Animation Department, setting the tone, ensuring the follow-up of the animations and perform reviews.
This position also involves collaborating with the Producers and others Studio Lead to synchronize the production.
missions
- You will oversee the production of high quality Keyframe animations (bipeds, quadrupeds and exotic creatures), corresponding to the high level of requirement that we apply to our productions.
- You will work closely with the 3D Characters Graphic Designers team, the Game Design team and the Gameplay Animation team (motion kits) to respect the Art Direction of the project and understand the characterization of a character. You will then share the information with the Animation team.
- You will have a key role to play in terms of mentoring the animators in order to guide them on the artistic orientation of the animations to be produced.

- Excellent level of animation correlated with a constant concern for quality
- Mentoring experience
- You are passionate and would like to bring a style to the new project under development
- Experience in the production of a video game is a plus,
- Understanding of gameplay’s constraints and pipelines
- Very good knowledge of Maya
- You are rigorous, autonomous, responsive and you have the attention to details
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and have a pronounced taste for teamwork
- Business English
- Knowledge of Shotgun would be a plus.
