As a Producer, reporting to the Line Producer, you will guide execution across the development team to build and launch the next Skate, with a key focus on social and user-generated features and content. This is an essential role for the team that involves a high level of interaction with team members and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a vision holder and product owner for Skate™ social and user-generated features and content, working with game and experience design
  • Create inclusive in-game and out-of-game experiences for our players
  • Set and achieve quality targets for features and content
  • Work with the development director to manage the product roadmap and deliverables
  • Work with research partners to gather user feedback and guide feature iteration throughout development
  • Build a partnership with all discipline leaders across the team, our partner teams and leaders across the company
  • Solve production issues to improve team efficiency
  • Balance priorities, and find creative solutions to achieve results
  • Provide leadership and inspiration for our team through personal example, and enthusiasm

  • At least 5 years of production experience in game development
  • Strong understanding of social, UGC and free-to-play approaches in games
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Strong level of agility and adaptability in dynamic development environments
  • High degree of initiative, takes opportunities to make improvements

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

º $129,050 - $204,600
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $127,850 - $204,600
• Jersey City, NJ :
º $127,850 - $204,600
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $127,850 - $189,050
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $127,850 - $189,050

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby (following 1 year of service), medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
