Are you an experienced tech recruiter looking for an opportunity to support ground-breaking projects by recruiting world-class talent?

Your main missions will be to help achieve the hiring objectives of the studio, improving the efficiencies of the talent acquisition team, and supporting the elevation of our online presence.

Please note that this position can be hybrid-remote in either Paris, or our new hub sites in Barcelona and London.

  • Find the best talents: We want to recruit the best tech profiles, the market is very tense and it’s a real challenge that doesn’t scare you!

  • Be a team player : Work closely with the hiring managers to define scorecards and interview processes for all new positions

  • Lead the recruitment process from A to Z for your candidates : Deliver engaging and human-centric recruitment journeys to candidates of all experience levels

  • Reflect Darewise values : the candidate experience is very important to you, you are committed to considering all your candidates with kindness and respect, and always giving feedback.

  • Innovate to attract the best candidates : You are always on the lookout for novelty, best practices and new ideas for recruitment.

Preferred experience

  • Proven experience delivering in-house recruitment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced tech start-up or scale-up environment
  • Can demonstrate a passion for Video games or for working in the industry
  • Strong knowledge of interview best practises and recruitment techniques
  • Experience recruiting for a broad range of positions internationally, including technical and creative skillsets
  • Broad experience with different ATS, recruitment and communication tools
  • A strong presenter with excellent reporting and presentation building skills
  • A genuine appreciation and care for DE&I practises and programmes
  • High level of organisation and time management skills
  • Proficient with talent sourcing and data gathering practises; pooling, mapping, benchmarking etc.
  • A demonstrable ability to build expertise and market knowledge
  • A natural people person and team player
  • Able to showcase confidence in their abilities and operate autonomously
  • Strong creative writing skills, is able to design adverts and engaging messaging tailored to an audience

Also nice to have:

  • A first experience of operational project management, ideally in a start-up
  • Interest in Video Games, Blockchain, NFT or Web3 technologies

Recruitment process

Our recruitment process consists of a preliminary application screening, HR Interview, Lead Interview, and Executive Interview, with on-site/team interview as the final step in the process. In special cases, exceptions or modifications can be made, and for some positions the process may include a test.
