Your main missions will be to help achieve the hiring objectives of the studio, improving the efficiencies of the talent acquisition team, and supporting the elevation of our online presence.
Please note that this position can be hybrid-remote in either Paris, or our new hub sites in Barcelona and London.

Be a team player : Work closely with the hiring managers to define scorecards and interview processes for all new positions
Lead the recruitment process from A to Z for your candidates : Deliver engaging and human-centric recruitment journeys to candidates of all experience levels

Our recruitment process consists of a preliminary application screening, HR Interview, Lead Interview, and Executive Interview, with on-site/team interview as the final step in the process. In special cases, exceptions or modifications can be made, and for some positions the process may include a test.
