Are you a creative, community and content-focused Social Media specialist with a major passion for web3 and video games?

We’re making a super-cool Play&Earn MMO, with an open and transparent approach to development that has the player community at the heart of everything we do, and we’re looking for someone like you to develop, increase and engage Life Beyond’s community.

Please note that this position is either full-time on-site in Paris, Barcelona, London or Montreal.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define, oversee and deliver both the Social Media and the Content Strategies for Life Beyond with a focus on both video game players and blockchain enthusiasts in collaboration with our Head of Marketing
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all Social Media channels (such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Telegram and YouTube) and adapt content to suit different channels
    *Supervise our Discord specialist
  • Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, visual identity and terminology
  • Further develop and ensure the implementation of the Editorial Line Up for Community audiences and take ownership on Life Beyond’s social presence
  • In collaboration with Development & Marketing teams, create assets such as video blogs, podcasts, interviews, annotated screenshots and game tips and tricks according to the Content Strategy
  • Implement and monitor metrics to evaluate success and ROI of community or online projects and initiatives
  • Provide the Production Teams with concise feedback from our communities that will help them to optimize the game accordingly

Preferred experience

  • Proven work experience as a Social media manager and/or community builder, preferably in a blockchain or gaming environment
  • Extensive knowledge of the web3 space and social media platforms (Discord, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, Tiktok, blogs, etc.)
  • Ability to discover trends and swiftly jump on it
  • Native English standard of communication with excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling
  • Experience in the creation of content and digital assets (video, photo, podcasts, etc.)
  • Mastery of Google tools
  • Rigorous, creative, humble, sociable, a bit impertinent, reactive, analytical, eager to learn and not afraid of anything, not even walls of fire (we have a very good health insurance, just in case)

  • Growth hacking track record
  • Basic skills in graphism

Recruitment process
