As a Darewise Producer, you will be given the opportunity to work with different departments and teams to help manage the production of our ground-breaking MMORPG, Life Beyond, and release it to players across the World.

Please note that this position can be hybrid-remote in either Paris, or our new hub sites in Barcelona and London.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintains timelines for all functional areas of project development to ensure deadlines, objectives and bugets are always hit
  • Create a system for measuring/monitoring the speed and effectiveness of iteration
  • Identify project issues and risks based on relevant indicators and tools, and own the mitigation of these subjects
  • Contribute to the constant improvement of the quality of our game, the productivity of our teams and the effectiveness of our processes
  • Share consistant and constructive feedback with production teams on a day-to-day basis to steer the projects and help to set high standards
  • Enhance synergies between different Studio teams
  • Plan and monitor projects, both in detail and in the short term level, in a highly agile manner
  • Gather feedback from our player community and analyze the results to incorporate them into our game iterations
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders involved in the game’s development

Preferred experience

  • More than 5 years of working experience in the video game industry as a Game Producer on AAA titles or similar size projects
  • Excellent communication skills: getting to the point, focusing on constructive feedback, public speaking and taking a positive attitude - the success of others will be your success
  • Strong project management skills – well organized, dynamic and responsive, accustomed to a tight schedule and deadlines
  • Good experience with Agile and other relevant methodologies
  • A proponent of Game development/production best practises
  • Well-versed in forecasting and GANTT chart creation
  • Strong knowledge of using specialized project management tools such as Jira
  • Ability to analyze issues and extract solutions with the right people and then take action to address them
  • Excellent understanding of the gaming industry and a sincere love for creating games
  • Strong English and communication skills, comfortable working with multi-disciplinary and/or remote teams

Also nice to have:

  • Experience working in a live-service game
  • Passion for co-operative games
  • Interest in Web3 and Blockchain technologies
