Founded in 2002, we made our mark on the shooter genre with titles such as Painkiller, Bulletstorm, Gears of War: Judgment, and Outriders. We are one of the most experienced Unreal Engine studios in the industry and we are expanding it with in-house solutions called PCF Framework.

Our creative teams are currently working on several exciting AAA projects with the top publishers in the industry: Project Gemini with Square Enix and Project Dagger with Take-Two (2K), in addition to a new IP to be self-published and two other games in a concept phase. Job Description

Who you are:

As an Administrative Manager, your mission is to make sure the places in which people work are safe, comfortable, productive and sustainable. You will be responsible for the quality, safety, cost and delivery of all our facilities located in North America. You will lead a team of Studio Hosts located in various locations to support the overall day-to-day operations of the studios. You’ll ensure all resources are effectively optimized, costs minimized and return on investment maximized for any activity under your control.

 

What you'll do:

  • Oversee effective operation of all North American offices
  • Manage a team of Studio Hosts
  • Implement office strategy, standards, and relevant policies
  • Administer all real estate responsibilities, including landlord management and lease administration, and ensuring compliance with lease obligations
  • Conduct research for new offices and negotiating contract terms
  • Partner with local Studio Head in budgeting and forecasting and tracking of OPEX and CAPEX of office operations and facilities
  • Manage procurement and purchasing requests from local team
  • Oversee and negotiate insurance agreements to meet company’s compliance
  • Manage and coordinate moves, additions, and changes within the office
  • Develop, maintain and manage relationship with vendors and service providers
  • Recommend and implement technology solutions to improve operational effectiveness
  • Collaborate with management to identify and deliver the required administrative support for the organization
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience including minimum 3 years in a general management position,
  • Preferable in the facility management area
  • Having qualification in a facilities/technical based discipline and experience of sub-contractor
  • Supervision, including construction
  • Thorough understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, the office equipment, recordkeeping
  • Systems, management information systems, and related protocols used in the organization
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills - French is plus
  • Negotiation skills
  • Professional and tactful interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a variety of
  • Personalities
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
