The opportunity to bring an amazing brand back to life doesn't come around too often. Electronic Arts’ newly formed brand team is only a year in, and we’re looking for brand builders to join us in our pursuit. We're still making it up as we go along, which can be messy at times, but if you like to set a vision and see it come to life, then this might be your gig. You've caught us at the best time - the very beginning - how exciting is that?

You will report to the Brand Management Lead. You will be remote with the potential for relocation.

Responsibilities:

Stewardship of Electronic Arts Brand

  • Support management of external agency partners, using communication plans, briefs, messaging strategy, and frameworks to guide differentiated storytelling, visual and verbal expressions, and marketing executions.

Community Engagement & Implementation

  • Manage global collaboration for identity toolkits and campaigns with cross-functional teams, driving brand training and application of brand elements.
  • Act as a knowledge center, identifying key brand integrations, increasing equity growth opportunities, and tracking against team KPIs.
  • Optimize Brand Management processes to strengthen communication, improve efficiencies, and establish (and maintain) a high level of engagement and transparency throughout the organization.

Strategic Planning & Analysis

  • Contribute to building multi-year plans and enterprise implementation initiatives with cross-functional partners, marketing teams, and external agencies.
  • Conduct category-specific analyses and research to recommend portfolio opportunities, working with Consumer Insights to report results to optimize the total brand experience.
  • Partner with the Brand Ops team to oversee project budgets and work with the team to track and forecast.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years brand management or marketing experience in entertainment, video games, sports or music
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or related field, or equivalent training and professional experience
