About the position:
The Build Engineer will be working closely with all the teams in order to ensure smooth and uninterrupted development. They will actively monitor, improve and introduce new automation processes in all relevant areas. Moreover, they will support the release process of all our games and all the intermediate game builds we may create (like daily builds, demos, builds for external tests, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing, maintaining and administering of company’s build systems and automation processes
- Monitoring and analyzing development processes and introducing automation in selected areas
- Administration, maintaining, and scripting source-control systems
- Ensuring that the build process is as fast and hassle-free as possible
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining internal tools
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience with source-control systems at the administration level (experience with Perforce will be a plus)
- Experience with build pipeline tools (experience with Jenkins will be a plus)
- Experience with test automation processes
- Experience with continuous integration systems
- Experience with large codebases across multiple platforms
- Familiar with C++, C#, and any scripting language
- Experience with UE4 or another game engine will be a plus
