岗位职责：
1、负责Facebook/Twitter/Google AdWords广告投放及优化；
2、从各维度对广告数据进行全面分析，根据分析结果给出优化建议并跟进执行；
3、通过分析目标市场人群特点，优化广告投放方案；
4、与市场部门内其他同事协作，为公司手游产品制定各阶段的推广计划与方案；
5、执行每日广告投放计划，回收投放数据并作整理与分析。

任职资格:
1、英语听说读写熟练，有海外经历者优先；
2、深入了解各广告平台算法、机制和策略；
3、有一年以上的海外市场的页游或者手游的Facebook/Twitter/Google AdWords投放经验；
4、精通Microsoft Office与Google Apps等办公软件；
5、对数据敏感，能够使用各种工具软件进行数据分析并熟练制作统计报告；
6、逻辑性强，具有高度的工作积极性和责任心，能够独立分析和解决问题，并能承受较大的工作压力。

Job Description：
1.Responsible for advertising on Facebook, Twitter and Google AdWords.
2.Analyze the ads data, and improve campaign performance by iteration.
3.Study target groups, and develop text ads and creatives accordingly.
4.Cooperate with other colleagues in the marketing department; set up media plans for company’s mobile game products.
5.Carry out daily advertising plan; collect and analyze data.

Job Requirements：
1.Full working proficiency in both spoken and written English.
2.In depth understanding in the algorithms, mechanics and strategy on the platforms listed above.
3.At least 1 year overseas advertising experience on the platforms listed above.
4.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
5.Sensitive to data; able to use different tools to analyze data and make statistical report.
6.Logical, self-motivated and responsible; able to solve complex problems and handle stress
