EABR is looking for a Defect Coordinator to help our teams get the issues QV tester report in front of our development team including all of the information necessary. Join us in driving the next revolution in games.

As a Defect Coordinator, your primary responsibilities would be:

  • You monitor and review issue submission for team for appropriate information
  • You assign out and review retests and requests for more information on current builds
  • You work with team members to enforce proper issue submission standards
  • You maintain documentation after changes to process related to the role
  • You report issue entry metrics to team leadership.
  • You objectively communicate concerns to the Development team
  • You are reporting emergent issues to management promptly
  • You function as the primary contact point for all issue Database related issues
  • You provide Qualitative Feedback to the Development team
  • You communicate with development team to identify additional information needed

An outstanding candidate would have the following experience and skillsets:

  • 6+ months or product cycle of QA experience
  • Knowledge of the Game Industry and software development processes
  • JIRA- Navigation and using advanced queries.
  • Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and Word documents
  • Adapt to quickly evolving situations
  • Identify issues and suggest solutions
  • Proficient in writing skills including technical writing and process documentation
