Position Title: Associate Recruiter

External Description:

It's a collaborative and fun team that strives to be the gold standard in the talent acquisition field. This role will be reporting into the APAC Regional Manager, TA.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Liaise across the organization on all levels to understand the recruitment requirements and action deliverables
  • Embed yourself into your client group to gain a clear understanding of their business goals and how TA can support their success.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with Hiring Manager to gain alignment and set expectations.
  • You're energized by sourcing diverse transformative talent through multiple channels including the applicant pool, team's network and direct outreach activities.
  • Conduct candidate assessment by phone or in-person interviewing, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Manage the candidate experience by ensuring that you have positive interaction with Electronic Arts at all stages of the recruitment process
  • Sell the opportunity and the organization to candidates and become active in the gaming and high-tech industry to promote EA
  • Develop a strong candidate pipeline, by responding to the needs
  • Track essential recruitment data, produce regular and ad-hoc metrics on recruiting activities to management and client groups

 Required skills and experience 

  • Previous recruitment experience (at least 5 years) in the high-tech or entertainment industry
  • Experience with strategic sourcing/recruiting
  • Campus recruitment experience
  • Organizational skills and the skills to prioritize work
  • Business Partnership skills to guide decisions during the selection process
  • Understands the Talent Market and utilizes a variety of tools to meet complex hiring needs in creative ways
  • Proficiency in English
  • Passion for games
