To this end, we are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Artist who can join our team and help pave the way towards our new goals.
Responsibilities
  • Design, Develop, test and maintain animation systems with animators, programmers, designers and other team members as required. 
  • Create and maintain animation systems in Unreal(Anim Blueprints) 
  • Building pipeline tools to assist and optimize animation workflows 
  • Support & Debug animation related issues including but not limited to game engine, DCC software. 
  • Setup dynamic animations such as cloth, physics, and other technical/procedural animations
  •  Work with character teams to ensure models meet technical and animation requirements. 
  • Skinning and Rigging. 

  • 根据需要,与动画师、程序员、设计师和其他团队成员一起设计、开发、测试和维护动画系统。 
  • 在Unreal中创建和维护动画系统(Anim Blueprints) ;
  • 构建管道工具,以协助和优化动画工作流程 ;
  • 支持和调试动画相关问题,包括但不限于游戏引擎,DCC软件;
  • 设置动态动画,如布料,物理,和其他技术/程序动画 ;
  • 与角色团队合作,确保模型符合技术和动画要求。

Qualifications
  •  Strong knowledge of Maya, MotionBuilder and Unreal.
  •  Experience creating animation control rigs, skinning, games systems in Games. 
  • Tools development experience using Python & Maya API.
  •  Solid understanding of debugging practices, performance analysis, and production pitfalls 
  • Experience with simulation, retargeting, mocap, hair, cloth etc. 
  • Experience working with various animation cycles for video games,
  • Ability to maintain documentation of all software deliverables
  • Understand differences between production and runtime animation requirements and data 

  • 熟悉Maya, MotionBuilder和Unreal等软件;
