Position Title: HR Coordinator

External Description:

This fast-paced position will be responsible for providing operational support to the People Practices team at Hyderabad office. From day to day operations to working on new projects, the duties of this position are varied and dynamic.

• Provide administrative management and support of HR functions. • Address employee queries (e.g. Benefits, Policies) and provide necessary guidance. • Supports managers on use of tools. • Track and take necessary actions for temporary contract renewals and probation guidance in a timely manner. • Organize and maintain employee files and forms; co-ordinate company wide audits. • Manage Medical Insurance co-ordination with the company tied up insurance company. • Coordinates with payroll, TA and facilities teams for resolution of related issues. • Facilitates transfers and coordinates global mobility transactions. • Supports leave management processing/administration. • Coordinates/publishes general communications and collects and assembles any related responses. • Supports communication rollouts for variety of surveys and/or gathers data gained from diagnostics and ensures accuracy of information captured for surveys and diagnostics (ensure proper population cuts, etc.) • Assists in gathering and pulling data and generating reports. • Supports data collection and analysis of various employee information and reports and provide organization review, trends and intelligence. • Provides input / recommendation on process improvements/system changes. • Assist in HR policy development, annual benefits review, communication and program or project implementation. Qualifications: • Should have MBA with HR Specialization from reputed Business School. • Self motivator with strong work ethics and professionalism • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Excellent organizational & project management skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily work • Team player • Demonstrates ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with confidential and sensitive information • Excellent computer skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel (intermediate to advanced)
