As the Global Commercial Organization, we guide the global commercial success of EA around the world by focusing on:

  • Commercial Partnerships: We are the global commercial organisation that manages all of our commercial partnerships, including physical, digital, platform and brand.
  • Commercial focus on our markets: We're accountable for ensuring we understand our markets. This includes all aspects from the front lines of the local player experience, to the activities of our competition and business models. Through a commercial lens, it is our responsibility to find the right opportunities for EA in-market globally and then lead the execution.
  • We develop plans that are commercially responsible for bringing together all lines of revenue across the business and ensure they adapt to market changes.
  • Commercial operators: We're commercially and operationally responsible for delivering our games and millions of assets to many partners throughout the world.

We have created a custom function around this capability to help more informed decisions and new ideas based on insights and intelligence into player metrics and experience, competition, market potential and EA performance across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities: Commercial Markets Intelligence Manager

Regional Lead - LATAM

  • You will report to the Head of Commercial Markets Intelligence within the Commercial Organization.
  • Be the regional lead for insights and intelligence for the industry performance and EA's performance in your region.
  • Share performance and update teams about the commercial performance of both EA in market and the industry performance.
  • Create and share new and information to the business to provide informed planning
  • Empower the regional team to use the power of data to understand and guide their market
  • Increase reporting capabilities across your region & across the Markets team
  • Establish partnership networks with global partners sharing best practice and insight optimization.

Area of Expertise - Player Experience & Purchase Behaviors

  • Your role as the lead for this specialist area is to be the global expert in sharing information on our player experience and purchase behavors in all our markets and guide awareness, education and opportunity to improve this area.
  • You would form an understanding of the player network using multiple data sources.
  • You would develop and enrich insights to understand our players experience and purchase behaviors and how this varies across our markets
  • Make commercial recommendations on any elements improving consumer journey

Qualifications or Experience Required

  • MBA qualification or minimum 2 years experience in an intelligence role in a global business.
  • Experience in gathering insights from multiple sources and combining them into compelling business cases and strategic goals
  • Enjoy working on team-based work
  • Spanish speaking preferred but not essential
  • LATAM or North America location preferred but not essential
