To this end, we are seeking an experienced Substance designer material specialist  who can join our team and help pave the way towards our new goals.


Responsibilities
  • Maintain consistently high standards in quality, communication and productivity

  •  Excellent proficiency in Substance Designer creating clean and optimal Substances 
  •  精通Substance Designer, 创造出干净和最佳的材质 Create materials that accurately represent any given real world surface or detail 
  •  创建材质,精准地表达出给定的现实世界表面或细节 
  •  Create Substance Designer procedural content allowing artists full control to create variations 
  •  创建Substance Designer的流程内容,并允许美术师有绝对控制权去实现变化 
  •  Well versed in exporting SBAR for use in Substance Painter 
  •  在Substance Painter中精通SBAR导出 Create and maintain custom effects such as generators and filters for use in Substance Painter
  •  在Substance Painter中创建和维护自定义效果,如生成器和过滤器 
  •  An excellent understanding of PBR for both metallic and gloss pipelines 
  •  对PBR流程中金属度和光泽度有很好的理解 
  •  Match established art styles while developing ways to improve the visual direction 
  •  匹配现有的美术风格,同时设法改进视觉方向 
  •  Mentor and coach peers within the art team in Substance Designer

Qualifications
  • Strong foundation knowledge in traditional arts 
  • 扎实的传统美术基础知识 
  •  4+ years of relevant industry experience (3+ Substance Designer experience) 
  • 4年以上行业经验(3年以上Substance Designer经验) Portfolio demonstrating a range of original procedural, photorealistic material/texture creation 
  • 作品需展示一系列原始过程,照片等级的真实感材质/纹理的创造 
  •  A demonstrated mastery of Substance Designer 
  •  精通Substance Designer Experience working inside Substance Painter 
  •  有在Substance Painter领域内的工作经验 
  •  Familiarity with software such as Blender, Maya, ZBrush, other mainstream software 
  •  熟悉Blender,Maya, ZBrush, 以及其他主流软件 
  •  Familiarity with engines such as Unreal4, Unity, other mainstream 3D engines 
  •  熟悉引擎,如Unreal4, Unity, 以及其他主流3D引擎 
  •  Solid understanding of PBR standards and surface/light interactions 
  •  充分了解PBR的标准和表面/光相互作用
