We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager (playscrabble.com) to join the Scrabble team. This role will be a key member of the product development process and work to deliver against the game’s product vision & strategy. The product manager will work hand in hand with leadership and product design to deliver best-in-class features and user experiences being involved in every aspect of the process, from ideation to implementation.

This is a full-time position based in Barcelona, Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with a cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and developers to bring features, gameplay, and product designs to life for our web-based product
• Be heavily involved in pre-production, contributing ideas, thoughts, and partnering with the design team.
• Be a vision holder for playscrabble.com while explaining the reasoning for decisions and designs.
• Be acutely aware of our competitors and their designs across platforms
• Help define feature goals, KPI targets, and what users will love about each feature.
• Communicate vision and design approaches to development teams, being the key connector between dev, product design, and stakeholders
• Work with development teams to ensure features are built to specification and of high quality.
• Own multiple features in development, in parallel.
• Operate a live site in terms of funnel optimizations and monetization
• Be proactive and available for development teams, helping to answer questions, make decisions and resolve concerns.
• Work with production to define and prepare backlogs and sprints.
• Attend Scrum Ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint kick offs, sprint reviews, retrospectives etc.)

What you will bring along:

• Owned a significant section of a game or large web or mobile-based product throughout development.
• Track record of delivering end-to-end KPI disruptive and engaging features on market-leading products.
• Worked with development and design teams
• Familiarity or interest in gaming, ideally free to play.
• Good grasp of mobile game design or product design, and how to make fun and engaging experiences
• Excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to defend product decisions
