As a Performance Associate Product Manager, you will play an integral part of driving our Live Ops events and revenue planning. This includes event creation with accompanying offer design and implementation. We need a sharp, disciplined individual who has a passion for games, strong leadership skills, an eye for design, and thinks player first. 

 


What you will do:


●     Design and write requirements for new events, sales and new game content in collaboration with Art, Live Operations, Production and Engineering

●     Design, create and implement events, contests, and promotion plans to drive monthly goals and target metrics for the studio team.   

●     Own and manage the implementation of events (concept, requirements, asset management, configuration, balancing, testing, messaging & execution)

●     Analyze the performance of events and sales and their impact on KPIs and game health to inform iterations and optimizations

●     Design and implement A/B tests to optimize live events and sales



What you need:


●     Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

●     Passion for mobile games

●     Ability to empathize with players and build events and sales that cater to their needs

●     Strong analytical abilities - able to undertake analysis to understand if an event is successful, and use that analysis to make improvements for future events

●     Detail oriented and fast learner

●     Positive and collaborative, open to change, no ego attitude and ability to give and receive constructive feedback

●     Self-motivated and able to focus on your task at hand

●     Proficiency with Excel, experience using Tableau a plus

●     Previous work or internship experience in either Gaming/Product a plus
