We are looking for an outstanding Workplace (Facilities) and Experience Specialist to join Scopely’s Global Facilities and Experience teams at our Digit Game Studios in Dublin. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Facilities, Real Estate, and Security, you will have responsibility and accountability for the coordination of the Digit hybrid work model, managing the hub space, building maintenance and vendors plus the organization of the amazing Scopely/Digit local events and hub experience.


Workplace/Facilities Responsibilities

  • Local point of contact for build project team for the remodel of the Digit hub in preparation for RTO Jan 2022
  • Coordination of operational requirements for new Digit hybrid work model and the first point of contact for hybrid working bookings and workplace coordination
  • Oversee hub safety protocols (in line with local COVID mandates) and all hub housekeeping, maintaining a high standard at all times
  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance requests and arrange fixes, liaising with the landlord and all contractors/vendors/reviewing services and quotes.
  • Budget management and negotiation of facilities contracts and services
  • Maintaining stock levels and supplies for both office and kitchen supplies and managing equipment/purchase requests in conjunction with finance.
  • Managing key cards database and liaising with building security vendor
  • Coordinate building health & safety policies & training - NEBOSH qualification preferred.
  • Day to day management of Workplace and Experience Coordinator


Experience Responsibilities

  • Plan & execute all seasonal and local Scopely/Digit events including virtual/in-person events. Working with the teams locally and the Community Task Force on global events
  • Budget management and negotiation of event/experience contracts and services
  • Organization and ordering of SWAG and anniversary gifts to be sent to Scopleans.
  • Regular meetings and coordinating globally with the Community Task Force.
  • On boarding of new starters including a studio tour


What you will need

  • 4+ years of experience in facilities/office management and event/experience planning with an emphasis on high tech startup or media organizations.
  • Experience with a global, private company with 1,000+ employees or larger preferred
  • Strong ability to build relationships and partner with department heads, managers and staff across the organization
  • Have great attention to detail and be able to work confidentially and install confidence in those you are working with
  • Flexible, self-motivated; able to deal calmly and professionally in an environment of constant change
  • Budget management and negotiation experience of contracts and services
