Are you a HR Generalist ready to level up your career?


Reporting into Director, People Business Partners, you will be working with Scopely’s People Business Partner (PBP) Team, People Operations team and Global People Team Centers of Excellence (COEs) to assist the team on various HR related projects and initiatives that are crucial to our continuous growth and success worldwide.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to shadow and learn from an experienced, global People Team and a great springboard onto a further career as a PBP or a specialist in other HR functions.

What you will do:


  • Support PBPs in executing projects and initiatives aimed at improving the organizational health and development for a variety of client groups;
  • Support PBPs in annual processes including but not limited to workforce planning, talent management and reviews, pay reviews for various client groups
  • Work on a variety of HR projects and programs to set the PBP team for success
  • Thoughtfully engage with employees on general queries, as required.
  • Collaborate with PBPs on preparation and/ or review of HR data, metrics and dashboards to generate valuable data insights for business to identify trends as it relates to employee headcount, employee turnover, hiring etc.
  • Support HR alignment by collaborating with PBPs and COEs across the business to drive consistent execution of HR services
  • Support in facilitation of employee on-boarding and off-boarding which may include new hire check ins, exit interviews etc.
  • Collaborate with PBPs and our Talent Acquisition Team to support the hiring process.


What you will need:


  • HR Generalist with 2-4 years of experience in roles of progressively increasing scope and in matrixes, high-growth, organizations.
  • Unthwarted by change and uncertainty, you methodically work through problems, communicate openly with others and are persistent to execute on commitments.
  • You are willing to roll up sleeves, do foundational work, and test new approaches, good judge of what’s needed now vs. later stages, you work and think quickly.
  • You work through teams in multiple locations, time zones and functions, prioritize alignment, listen, and ask great questions.
  • A continuous learner with a growth mindset, committed to generating and applying ever-increasing self-awareness, demonstrated ability to learn from failure.

  • Able to navigate a matrix organisation and work with multiple stakeholders.
  • A quick learner who is familiar with Google Suite and HRIS.
  • Loves and knows Games – a plus!
