The Strategy-Research-Operation team (SRO) is seeking a highly driven full-time Coordinator to join our Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, service-oriented and business-minded individual who is passionate about making a meaningful impact on the day-to-day operations and efficiency of the global SRO team. The right candidate may also help improve administrative processes as we continue to build and scale our organization.

 

What you will do: 

  • Proactively manage the Scopely University program day to day: schedule management and calendaring, schedule announcements, coordinate and support speakers, manage attendee invites and reminders, and run post talk surveys.
  • Assist Game Operations with the Game Development Framework (GDF) / Live Service Framework (LSF) meetings scheduling: Partner with the C-suite EAs to set up meetings, and support taking notes of the actions if needed. 
  • Provide support in the Company Pyramid meeting scheduling.
  • Assist Research & Insights with scheduling playtests with potential respondents.
  • Coordinate and set up offsite meetings for the teams that SRO supports.
  • Help maintain confluence and intranet updates for the SRO team.
  • Assist with event planning and special projects as needed. 
  • Arrange SRO member travel (Domestic and international flights, ground transportation, hotels, passports and visas, etc.).

 

What you will need:

  • 2+ years experience as a coordinator supporting VP/SVP/C-Level executives (in a fast-paced environment)
  • Proactive, forward-thinking individual who is able to manage a critical company wide program, and assist individual executive and remain one step ahead at all times
  • Team-player with a can-do attitude and an innate ability to adapt to different work styles and make things happen
  • Tech-savvy, resourceful and creative problem solver with a demonstrated ability to resolve issues onsite and remotely
  • Willingness to work off-peak hours and remotely to address urgent requests as needed
  • Ability to adapt schedule as needed to accommodate varying time zones
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and to navigate high-pressure, stressful situations with grace and composure
  • Exceptional written, verbal and nonverbal communication skills
  • Experience using discretion while handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong communication skills in English are required; knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
