Responsibilities:

  • Using you understanding and passion for Hockey, contribute to driving quality and execution for NHL gameplay.
  • Manage and balance the needs between product/project/people in a fast-paced game team environment.
  • Maintain and update the gameplay roadmap (right features and priority) to deliver the best NHL gameplay year over year.
  • Deliver on product and business objectives through effective relationships and collaboration with both internal (game team partners, marketing, etc) and external (fans and community) parties.
  • Drive team culture by initiating, fostering, maintaining, and managing others towards positive working relationships with partners who are critical to both current and future development process.
  • Responsible for effective communication of progress and quality with NHL team.
  • Develops game-wide relationships and strong engagement with internal/external groups (e.g. Marketing/QV/fans and community etc).
  • Work closely across teams to manage dependencies and coordinate deliverables.
  • Contribute to team morale & team health. Encourage others towards positive working relationships.

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of product experience, AAA game dev experience ideal but not mandatory.
  • Mature organizational leader who can drive effective communication across different roles/job levels.
  • Passion for and deep understanding of Hockey.
  • Good knowledge of the EA SPORTS NHL franchise.
