We are EA

Most companies call it HR. At Electronic Arts we made the deliberate decision to brand our organization People Experience (PE). It not just a play on words, PE is a team of cultural stewards who carefully create programs and talent strategies that directly impacts our teams' experience and enables our People to achieve the most meaningful work of their careers.

We're responsible for recruiting the best diverse talent on the planet and supporting their growth through learning programs, internal mobility, affinity group participation, and leadership development. We listen to our employees and dive into analytics to anchor our recommendations and decisions to keep engagement high. Last but not least, we're responsible for a total rewards strategy that incentivizes equitably, provides outstanding benefits, and ensures a safe and inspiring workplace for our teams.

The Challenge Ahead:

People Practices has been created to bring focus and efficiency on operating EA's people programs while providing simple and awesome experiences for our employees and people managers.

The Program Management (PMO) team's goal is the enablement of this vision by bringing structure and a new way of operating as a People Experience (PE) function. The team will support tools, best practices, and efficiencies of our global programs. The team will also improve projects through the creation of playbooks and collaboration with Center of Excellence (COE) and Business Partners (BP's) /People Practices (PP's) partners.

You will also help develop project management tools, supporting operational processes, and forums ensuring execution of global programs, promoting a better employee experience. You will manage project team members and partnerships internally across PE, Corporate Areas and business groups and externally (e.g. best practice organizations, consultants, vendors) to ensure projects are implemented and are aligned with EA and PE specific goals and priorities.
