Job Title: Technical Operation Support Engineer 技术运营工程师

工作职责：

负责游戏的基础环境接入、游戏发布和线上运行痛点挖掘和分析

负责监控网络游戏业务的运行状况，及时处理游戏运行中出现的故障，保障网络游戏服务的正常提供

负责与游戏运营合作伙伴的日常沟通交流，接受并处理合作伙伴提出的运营需求

负责日常运营管理的自动化和工具构建

了解利益相关者的需求并将其传达给开发人员

识别游戏在线上发生的技术问题

与软件工程师合作，确保游戏发行质量和流程符合预期

参与游戏技术数据挖掘与分析

 

工作要求：

本科以上学历，计算机类或相关专业

3年以上互联网行业经验,其中包括2年以上游戏运营经验

有编程语言知识，能阅读源码，熟悉C++, Java 等编程语言

了解SQL语句编写

有较强的抗压能力、沟通能力、推动能力和较好的服务意识，较强的问题解决能力

善于团队协作、项目管理、主动思考、自我驱动强

优秀的组织和时间管理能力，能够同时处理多个项目

了解Android/iOS开发者优先

熟悉数据分析，有数据建模经验，熟练运用各项数据分析方法和工具，具备游戏体验数据分析经验者优先

有知名游戏维护经验者优先，有数据挖掘经验者优先

 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for basic environment access, pain point mining and analysis of games release and live service.

Responsible for monitoring the operation status of online game business, timely handling the faults in the operation of the game, ensuring the normal provision of online game services.

Responsible for the daily communication with the game operation partners, accept and deal with the operation requirements put forward by the partners.

Responsible for the automation and tool construction of daily operation management

Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers

Identifying technical problems on live

Working with software engineers to ensure that game release quality and process as intended.

Participate in game technical data mining and analysis.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer or related.

More than 3 years of Internet industry experience, including more than 2 years of game operation experience.

Have programming language knowledge, can read source code, familiar with C + +, Java, and other programming languages.

Familiar with the SQL whitening.

Have a strong ability to work under pressure, communicate, promote, serve and solve problems.

Good at teamwork, project management, active thinking, self-driven.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.

Familiar with the development of Android / iOS application is preferred

Familiar with data analysis, data modeling experience, skilled use of data analysis methods and tools, with game experience data analysis experience is preferred.

Well-known game maintenance experience is preferred, data mining experience is preferred.
