Studio Operations Specialist (파견 계약직)

EAK Studio Ops팀과 함께 할 Studio Operations Specialist를 채용합니다. Ops팀은 EA Korea 내의 여러 부서와 협업을 하면서 스튜디오의 게임 개발 활동을 지원하고, 사내 건강한 문화를 만들기 위한 다양한 활동을 합니다

담당 업무

1. 구매 업무

• 신규 업체 등록, PR, PO 작성 등 구매 절차 진행
• 공급업체 계약 체결 준비 (문서 작성/보조)
• 각종 물품 및 서비스 구매 비용 처리
  
  

2. 조직문화

• 사내 문화프로그램 기획 및 운영 보조
• 스튜디오 뉴스레터 기획 및 제작 보조
• 기타 스튜디오 내·외부 행사 및 미팅 운영 지원

3. 기타 Admin 업무

• Studio 업무 전반에 대한 일반 행정 업무 지원
• Studio 내 각종 문서 작성 보조

 

지원자격

• 꼼꼼하고 책임감 있는 업무 태도
• 기본적인 비즈니스 영어 작문 능력
• 문서 작성 능력 (Excel, Word 활용)
